Good value overall

I was looking into the Rewind T2 Diabetes Reversal Program and decided to try it. I found a referral link online which gave me a good introductory discount on the annual plan. The cost felt manageable for what's included, especially with the Clinical Coaching and Continuous Glucose Monitor Integration. It seemed like a solid investment in my health, and the savings made it even better.

Smooth process, good support

I started the Rewind T2 Diabetes Reversal Program after doing the free clinical assessment. The initial setup was easy, they walked me through everything including how to integrate the Continuous Glucose Monitor. Delivery for the equipment was quick, took about 4 days to reach me in Manchester. My specialist diabetes nurse has been really supportive, always there to answer questions about the Personalised Nutrition Plan or my Blood Sugar Monitoring. The Digital Health Dashboard is clear, lets me see my progress without being overwhelming. Even the peer support groups are useful sometimes. It's a comprehensive program and they really make sure you're getting the most out of it.

Easy to get started

I signed up for the Obesity Management Program a few months ago. It was pretty straightforward to get set up, no fuss. The app is easy to use for tracking, and the coaching calls have been helpful. It just felt like a good decision for me, honestly. Everything just clicked.

How does Rewind compare to something like Virta Health? Heard good things about both but not sure which one to go with.

Z Zach Campbell 1 month ago
Virta focuses a lot on keto, Rewind seems a bit broader with the nutrition. Both clinically proven though.

I looked at both. Rewind feels a bit more personalized with the coaching and nurses, and I liked their approach to blood sugar monitoring. Virta is good too, but I preferred the Rewind vibe for my situation.

I'm thinking of signing up for Rewind, but I'm on insulin. Is that gonna be an issue with their program?

L Laura Moore 2 weeks ago
Nah, they work with people on insulin. They have specialist nurses who manage that side of things, it's pretty integrated.

S Sofia Garcia 2 weeks ago
My buddy is on it and he takes insulin. They adjust things with your doctor, don't worry about it. It's safe.

Does Rewind ever do any kind of sales? Like a Black Friday thing or something around the holidays?

M Mary Roberts 1 month ago
They sometimes have seasonal offers, yeah. I think I saw something around January once. Keep an eye out.

Not really Black Friday in the usual sense. More like introductory discounts or referral stuff. Check around the New Year, that's a big time for health programs.

Do I need to get a referral from my doctor to join Rewind, or can I just sign up?

A Amber K. 3 weeks ago
You usually don't need a GP referral. You can just apply directly and they do their own assessment to see if you're a good fit.

P Patricia 3 weeks ago
Nah, no referral needed. You sign up for their clinical assessment first, and they figure out if it's right for you from there.

Are there any ways to get a discount for Rewind? Like, does my employer pay for it or anything like that?

R Ryan Roberts 2 weeks ago
Some employers do, yeah. It's worth asking your HR department if they have any health and wellness benefits that cover it.
0
N Nathan Roberts 1 week ago
Yep, they have employer-sponsored access. Also, check if your health insurance covers it, some plans do. And new members sometimes get an intro discount.

What's the deal with getting a refund if I try Rewind and it's not for me? Is it easy to cancel?

O Olivia F. 1 month ago
I haven't cancelled myself, but their policy seems pretty straightforward from what I read. Just check their terms.

Returns are usually fine, but you'd have to look at their specific refund policy. It's usually based on how far into the program you are. Don't expect a full refund if you're months in, but early cancellation should be okay.

Hey, I'm looking at Rewind but not sure if it's available in the US. Their website looks pretty UK-focused. Anyone know?

J Jeff Johnson 4 weeks ago
Yeah, I checked this out too. Pretty sure it's only in the UK for now, says so on their site if you dig a bit.

B Ben Robinson 3 weeks ago
Afaik, it's a UK-based program. They're regulated by the CQC over there, which is like their health watchdog. So probably not for the US yet.

How long does Rewind actually last? Is it like a month, or a year-long thing?

K Karen R. 1 month ago
It's not a quick fix, it's more long-term. I think the core program is usually a year to really get results and make habits stick.
2
A Ashley Gonzalez 1 month ago
They offer different durations but to actually reverse diabetes, you're looking at a commitment, usually around a year to really embed the changes and get that long-term remission support.
